High Tea at the Hotel Windsor
Review: High Tea of Grand Proportions at the Hotel Windsor
The Hotel Windsor offers a glamorous and stylish high tea in the tradition of days gone by. We were not bombarded by the screams of an excited hens party, no – this is a refined and stylish affair with old time glamour. The cliental had gone to effort to dress for the occasion.
High Tea at the Victoria Room
Cookbook: High Tea at the Victoria Room
The team at High Tea Society love going for high tea, but we also love being around beautiful things. We are holding on tight to a copy of the gorgeous hard back cookbook “High Tea at the Victoria Room”. Authors Jill Jones- Evan and Joe Gambacorta show how to make the best strawberry jam and Italian style orange marmalade to go with the perfect scone. This is the guide to recreating the perfect high tea at home. Take a slice of The Victoria Room home with you!

Scones are served at Madame Brussels
Review: Madame Brussels Seasonal Garden Packages
They say it’s what’s on the inside that counts, so by that token – entering Madame Brussels is like going on a date with a conservative politician who takes off a beige suit to reveal frilly pink underwear. After making your way up to the third floor of what is an awkwardly dated office building, you are pleasantly surprised by an oasis of fun, frivolity and flirtatiously dressed staff. Artificial grass, vintage white metal chairs and colourful parasols set the scene for this unique venue. You may know Madame Brussels best for its after-hour cocktails, but check out the Garden packages on Saturday and Sunday to enjoy an unconventional high tea under sunshine.

The Russian Tea Room, New York City
The Russian Tea Room – New York City
High Tea Society has searched the globe looking for the most glamorous and exclusive high tea venues and has discovered The Russian Tea Room in New York City. The Russian Tea Room was founded by members of the Russian Imperial Ballet in 1927. The Russian Tea Room has been a second home for boldface names and the intellectual elite – an exclusive enclave where actors, writers, politicians, and executives plan their next deals and celebrate their friends’ latest Carnegie Hall performances.
